We endeavour to send all orders to you as quickly as possible. The regular shipping times are shown as delivery times on the respective product pages; they are usually 2-4 working days, depending on when the order is received.

Within Germany, we ship all orders with a net goods value of over EUR 150.00 free of charge. For all orders with a value of less than EUR 150.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.90. This includes both parcel and freight forwarding, regardless of total or partial deliveries. If you do not want partial deliveries, please let us know in good time.

All items that are sent by parcel service are delivered directly to your home by the shipping service provider. We deliver large orders via a freight forwarder. Delivery is made to the "curbside". This means that the driver brings the goods to the delivery location you have specified, but does not transport them into the building.

Please note that the delivery of goods by freight forwarder generally takes place Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The freight forwarder will contact you by telephone one day before delivery to inform you of the exact delivery time.

Standard shipping ( order value under 100 EUR): 4.90 EUR.
Express shipping (on request): Additional costs may apply depending on the product.
Shipping by freight forwarder: Additional freight costs and customs fees may apply. These will be communicated to you separately upon request.

Europe:
Standard shipping (order value under 150 EUR): 14.90 EUR.
Shipping by freight forwarder: Additional freight costs and customs fees may apply. These will be communicated to you separately upon request.

Other countries:
No general information can be given on shipping costs to other countries. For this reason, direct orders via our online shop are not possible. Please contact our customer service team; we will be happy to provide you with a free, individual quote.

Important information on accepting the goods:
Together with our suppliers and logistics partners, we work daily to continually improve our shipping packaging and transport security in order to deliver our products to you safely and without damage. However, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that transport damage may occur in individual cases. We therefore ask you to observe the following points when accepting the goods and in the presence of the driver:

• Check the packaging for damage and the delivery for completeness and integrity.
• If you notice any damage, make sure to note it on the delivery note from the parcel service provider or shipping company. Please describe the damage as precisely as possible. This will make it easier and faster to process the matter. Please ask the driver to sign a receipt for the damage.
• If any products are missing, please also note this on the proof of delivery.
• We can only accept the complaint if the damage is clearly noted on the delivery note. Later complaints without a note on the delivery note cannot be accepted.
